Every year we reach out to our customers for feedback on the services we provide. Our annual customer satisfaction survey took place in September giving residents the opportunity of anonymous feedback on their customer experience. Receiving information from the residents perspective provides us with invaluable insights and is an important aspect of monitoring service quality and identifying improvement opportunities.
We are absolutely thrilled this year to have received a 92.8% satisfaction rating from survey respondents. The result reflects our experience on the ground in daily interactions and is testament to the hard work and dedication of staff at our accommodation centres and the positive, collaborative relationships that exist between staff and residents.
